Graham has a degree in Engineering from the UK, founded and was CEO of a successful technology company for 10 years and then joined SimuLearn Inc. as a co-founder in 2001 to develop and then to deploy the blended award winning leadership solution vLeader 2007. The only Master Level SimuLearn Certified Mentor that can certify other instructors in deploying vLeader both domestically and internationally, Graham conducts many of our public webinars and executive coaching services under the mantra of "making the complex simple, and the mundane interesting". Graham has facilitated, coached and conducted train-the-trainer programs for all levels of manager and supervisor the world over. As a coach Graham focuses on developing the processes necessary for self-reflection for sustained personal development. Graham personifies the expression in his coaching around vLeader that it is more important to teach people how to fish than to feed them.
