Within 2-3 hours the student understands three frameworks which are pragmatic representations of common leadership and management theories that the student may already have encountered or is rationalizing for the first time
Within 4-6 hours the student has developed a strong awareness of who they are and how they currently operate in their real world
Within 7-8 hours, the student has become more aware of their interpersonal alternatives and is beginning to develop a new critical thinking process
Within 9-10 hours the student has internalized the frameworks of leadership leading to their intuitive use in the real world.
With 10-12 hours in the simulator, the student adjusts their behaviors to meet more successful outcomes for themselves, their teams and their organizations.
