How is the vLeader 2007 course deployed?
Deploying vLeader 2007 to both small and large populations is simple. The most common deployment is a blended 5 week program, consisting of weekly one-hour webinars combined with approximately three hours of workbook guided off-line simulation training. The entire course is a minimum fifteen hour commitment by the participants and we do offer Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs if your organization wants to facilitate it internally. Professional coaching and support is provided by SimuLearn for the initial deployment.
